We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. We have adopted the highest security measures to mitigate the risk of unintended destruction or loss, or unauthorized disclosure or access to Personal Data. Notwithstanding, please note that we cannot guarantee that the information will not be exposed because of unauthorized security breach to our servers. The security of the Customers information is also reliant on the security of the computer, device, or network it uses to connect with our web application together with the security the Customer implements to protect your employees and/or end-user identification and login passwords.

6. Data Retention

Retention of your Personal Data shall be stored until we erase the stored information through an official deletion request. Please note, there will be occasions that Personal Data will be retained for longer periods of time, such as (a) where we are required to do so in accordance with legal, regulatory, tax or accounting requirements, or (b) in the event of any complaints or legal challenges, or (c) known litigation relating to your Personal Data or dealings.

7. Sharing Personal Information or Data

We do not sell Personal Information or share it with third parties for advertising or marketing. The Customer is the owner of the customer data which we store and host on behalf of the customer. We do not access, share, or use your customer content for any purpose without your explicit agreement.
