What we collect

When you complete a form on this website we collect the details you enter: your name, work email address, company, phone number, your role, the areas of the platform you are interested in, and any message you write. We also record which page the form was submitted from and the date and time.

Our web server records a shortened version of your IP address. The final part is removed before storage so the address cannot be traced back to an individual device.

Why we collect it

We use these details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration, and follow up about the products you asked about. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to deal with your request and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

This policy covers the website only. Data held inside the Fortis Sync platform on behalf of a client is governed by the agreement with that client, and is described under Security & Compliance.
