SaaS is priced per project, per month, with unlimited users and unlimited data on that project. Enterprise is an annual commitment priced on the size of your portfolio. Neither plan charges per document, per drawing or per transmittal — the registers grow with the project, not with your bill.
No. Both plans include unlimited users. Consultants, subcontractors and client representatives can all be given appropriately scoped access without affecting what you pay.
SaaS gives one project full access to the platform. Enterprise adds unlimited projects, DocuSign, SSO and SAML with data residency options, compliance reporting on the audit logs, and immediate support.
Yes, and most clients do. A single project on SaaS can move to an Enterprise agreement as the portfolio grows, and the data already in the platform carries across.
Fortis Sync is ISO 27001 certified and data is hosted in the region you nominate, with UAE and wider GCC options available for projects with data residency requirements.
A single project is usually live within two weeks, including register migration and numbering conventions. Multi-project rollouts are phased and scoped during onboarding.
